Relocation to Beavercreek
Melissa is extremely professional, and works very hard to find exactly what her clients are looking for--be it a rental property or a "forever" home. She showed me a plethora of spaces in the Dayton, Fairborn, Centerville, Beavercreek, and several other areas around Dayton. I had no idea what I was looking for (other than space and price), so Melissa was fabulous in showing me a range of styles (modern, historic, condo, townhome, etc). While I had lots of anxieties that come along with relocating to a new city, Melissa was very empathetic--she answered all my questions, treating each one honestly and fairly. If I wasn't 100% about a property, she discouraged me from settling, and always encouraged me to negotiate for things I wanted. In the end, I was actually left feeling quite excited about the whole process! I really appreciate her constant feedback via multiple points of communication (email, text, etc.), and for the follow-up once I signed my lease and moved-in.
